These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through lavelclothing.com with Luca Romana, trading as LAVEL.

2. Products and orders

We aim to provide clear and accurate information about each product, including its main characteristics, available sizes and colours, and the price including applicable VAT.

Any applicable shipping costs or other charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

We make every reasonable effort to display our products and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device or display settings.

Before completing your purchase, you will have the opportunity to review and correct your order.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and payment

The price displayed at checkout at the time you place your order is the price applicable to your purchase.

Shipping costs and any other applicable charges will be displayed separately before payment.

Payment can be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

If an obvious pricing, typographical or technical error occurs, we will contact you before processing the affected order. You are not required to accept a corrected or increased price and may cancel the affected order.

4. Production and delivery

Some LAVEL products are produced or printed by our production partners after you place your order.

Estimated production and delivery times, available shipping destinations and shipping costs can be found in our Shipping Policy and, where applicable, during checkout.

Even where a third-party production or fulfilment partner is involved, LAVEL remains your point of contact for your order.

If your order is delayed, we will provide information where reasonably possible. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

The risk of loss or damage generally passes to you only when you, or a person designated by you, receives the products.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

For most online purchases, consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, without giving a reason.

Our separate Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to exercise this right, where products should be returned and who is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs for regular returns are the responsibility of the customer. LAVEL does not offer free returns.

A standard LAVEL design that is produced or printed after you place your order is not automatically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal simply because it was made after ordering.

Products that are genuinely personalised or produced according to your individual specifications — such as products featuring your own name, text, photograph or custom design — may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. Where this applies, we will clearly state this before you place your order.

Your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered products remain unaffected.

6. Complaints and statutory guarantee

Our products must meet the standards you can reasonably expect under applicable consumer law.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise does not meet reasonable expectations, please contact us at hello@lavelclothing.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs showing the problem.

We aim to respond to complaints within 5 business days.

Where you are legally entitled to repair, replacement, a refund, price reduction or another remedy, your statutory rights will apply.

You do not have to resolve a product issue directly with our production or fulfilment partner. Your purchase agreement is with Luca Romana, trading as LAVEL, and we remain responsible for handling your order.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where doing so would not be permitted by law.

LAVEL is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

8. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

Personal data may be processed where necessary to process your payment, fulfil and deliver your order, provide customer service and comply with our legal obligations.

We will always try to resolve questions or complaints directly with you first.

Agreements with consumers are governed by Dutch law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Any dispute may be submitted to the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
