What data do we collect and why?

When you place an order, we process your name, contact details, shipping and billing address, order details and payment status. We use this information to process and deliver your order, provide customer support and handle returns or refunds.

The legal basis for this processing is the performance of our agreement with you. We also retain invoice and transaction information where required by law for accounting and tax purposes.

When you contact us, we process your message and contact details so that we can respond to you and provide customer service.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address to send you updates, offers and other LAVEL news. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Who do we share your data with?

We use Shopify to operate our online store and Printful for the production and fulfilment of our products. We may also share necessary information with payment providers, shipping carriers and services we use for email, analytics or advertising.

We only share personal data that is necessary for these services to operate. Payment and card details are generally processed directly by our payment providers and are not stored by LAVEL.

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are used in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Invoice and transaction information is retained for as long as required under applicable tax and accounting laws. Order and customer service information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, handle questions, returns or disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe, unless we are legally required to retain certain information for longer. Cookie retention periods can be found in our Cookie Policy or current cookie settings.
