Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

If your order contains multiple products that are delivered separately, the 14-day period starts after you have received the final product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within this period at hello@lavelclothing.com and let us know that you wish to return your order. Please include your order number.

We’d love to know the reason for your return or exchange, as it helps us improve our products, sizing and designs. Providing a reason is optional and does not affect your right of withdrawal.

Simply sending a parcel back without notifying us may not be sufficient to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Returning your order

After notifying us that you wish to return your order, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us.

Please include your order number with your return so we can identify and process it correctly.

You may inspect and try on the product as you would in a physical store. Please take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession.

Products should not be worn beyond trying them on, washed, damaged or otherwise used unnecessarily. If a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and fit, and this results in a reduction in value, we may deduct this loss in value from your refund where permitted by law.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. LAVEL does not offer free returns.

You may return your parcel using a postal or delivery service of your choice. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

LAVEL cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost before they reach us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

If you withdraw from your entire order, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option, where applicable.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, the additional shipping costs will not be refunded.

For partial returns, the original shipping costs are not refunded.

We will refund you no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Exchanges

Would you like a different size, colour or product? Please contact us at hello@lavelclothing.comand include:

• Your order number
• The item you would like to exchange
• The size or colour you would like instead
• The reason for your exchange

Knowing the reason for an exchange helps us improve our sizing and products.

Depending on availability, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order.

Printed and personalised products

Products featuring a standard LAVEL design can generally be returned under the right of withdrawal, even when the item was printed or produced after you placed your order.

Products that are genuinely personalised or made according to your individual specifications — for example, an item printed with your own name, text, photograph or custom design — may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Where this exception applies, this will be clearly stated before you place your order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us at hello@lavelclothing.com.

Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue where relevant, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Your statutory consumer rights apply regardless of the 14-day withdrawal period.
